2. Methods of Payment
We accept Paypal and Nochex online as a direct form of payment from our website or by making a independent online payment from Fastpay or PPPAy to sales@phonetek-nation.co.uk
Customers can also pay us via the phone using a credit or a debit card (UK Customers ONLY) on 0845 200 2457 or 01934 425240
We accept mailed in payments of Cheques, Postal Orders, Direct Bank Transfer and International Money Orders* (All in UK Pounds only) or in Cash*

* For Cash and International Money Orders please read the necessary terms in the sections below.
2.1. Cash Payments
We accept cash, but this is entirely at your own risk, if the envelope arrives damaged or lacking the full amount, you the buyer is responsible and required to resend the missing amount. International Bidders who plan to send cash MUST email us to agree on an exchange rate if not sending British Sterling Pounds. We will also not send change, a credit voucher will be issued instead. International bidders paying by cash will have to round up to the next noted dollar as we cannot exchange coinage (for example if the amount is $11.25 US Dollars, we would as for $12)
2.2. International Money Orders
We prefer these to be in Pounds Sterling. If an alternative currency has to be used, please contact us before sending payment, so we can agree on an exchange rate.
2.3. Incorrect Payments via Mail
If you haven't sent us enough to cover the cost of postage and packaging or total item cost we will chase up the additional payment that is needed to correct your payment. If your item isn't fully paid for within 3 months the unit will become ours and no refund will be offered as we would of tried to contact you by email and post. We will only send reminders for up to two months from the date of purchase. After one month a postal reminder will be mailed out, once you are notified by e-mail that you are recieving a postal reminder, you will have to pay an additional surcharge of the postage of the reminder letter and a £2 admin fee.
3. After the Purchase is Made
Your order will be submitted into our Order Management system and we may contact you via phone and perform an anti-fraud check to confirm the order before dispatching it.
You will be notified at every step of the way via email and provided with a full VAT reciept for your goods upon dispatch for estimated delivery times please refer to our Delivery terms below.
If an item found to be out of stock, you will be emailed with an approximate date of dispatch but you will be entitled to cancel your order or to substitute the item.

Order cancellation is permitted upto the point of dispatch, once dispatched the customer is then responsible for the delivery charges and must comply with our returns policy
5. Delivery
Please remember we don't control the postal service! But we aim to dispatch all goods within 72hrs and notify you via email with full tracking details. UK delivery times are aimed within 2 working days, European Customers should recieve their item within 4-5 working days and International Customers should recieve there item within 1-2 weeks. All European and International items are sent by airmail, surface mail isn't an option.
5.1. Fast Delivery
We offer an option only availible to paypal and debit/credit card customers, which will ensure a fully insured signed for service which is guaranteed for next day delivery (after dispatch) by 12 noon via Royal Mail. This option will cost atleast an additional £4 to your purchase. Please email us for a quote before sending payment. Please note some items with high Postage costs are sent "Special Delivery" already. For International customer we will have to obtain courier rates.
For this it is best to complete your order via the phone or email us so we can contact you with rates.
5.2. Customs Information to International Customers (Outside of the United Kingdom)
We will filll out customs forms as accurately as possible. We take no responsibility for any customs fee's charged.
